In order to be elible for a refund please comply with the following requirements.

• You must return collectible items using a trackable method so I know you shipped it and you know I received it. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
• All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
• Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
