Shipping Information

Shipping rates are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, destination of your order, and the shipping method you select.

Please Note: Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution center. See Estimated Delivery Day for additional information on calculating your package arrival. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order (see below for details).

Exceptions to our delivery time frame:

• Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. MilcityCollectibles.com and Adultstarsignatures.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.

• Because of travelling to obtain new merchandise orders may also be delayed for a short period.

All orders valued at or above $100.00 for multiple purchases of Adult Star signed photos are offered free shipping inside the continental United States. All Free Shipping options are for orders shipped via USPS only either first class or Priority Mail. These may be shipped either Fed Ex or USPS at our option.

General Shipping Information

• Customers will recieve an email with their USPS tracking number or can request their USPS tracking number from Milcity Collectibles by calling 1 414 349 3234.
  
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

*Sales which include coupon codes that promote "Free Ground Shipping" will deduct the cost of shipping from your order. If the coupon code is used and a shipping method other than Ground is chosen (Next Day, Second Day, 3rd Day, etc), the cost of the shipping will be charged after your order has been processed.

International shipping rates vary upon size of package and may sometimes be different from what the shipping calculator estimates. In the event of this happening, Milcity Collectibles/Adult Star Signatures WILL contact you via email prior to shipping out the order to confirm your request and take care of any additional or over payment of order.

International Shipping rates are significantly higher than standard rates.
